Hey girls

Well ive been a bit pooly today, keep throwing up sorry tmi, so i thought this was a bug but now i keep getting these sharp stabbing pains in my stomach! Is this just a bug or do you think its something else? Im a bit worried about it. Had baby 3 weeks ago so maybe it could be my body returning to normal? Please help very worried.

Sounds like a tummy bug to me, maybe even a touch of food poisoning?..hopefully will only last 24 hours? Drink plenty of water.
