"My opinion"

in my opinion i would tell immediate family now....moms, dads etc...only because im sure they would be thrilled to find out and if, God forid, a miscarriage should happen, you'll have their support thru it. just tell them you want to keep it hush hush for a few weeks.

Mainly because I had already planned an overseas trip to visit my family, and so it would have been rude to have been there while 8-9 weeks pregnant, and then left and told them a few weeks later over the phone!

My work colleague also told people early, and had a miscarriage at 10 weeks. She was devastated, but in a way I think it was easier for her at work that people knew WHY she felt the way she did, and it allowed us to understand her situation and give her a break. She had a lot more support and didn't have to suffer alone in silence.

So pros & cons.

I would wait till 12weeks I was the same and told liyerally everyone I knew I wanted to tell everyone! I told everyone at about 8 weeks and all was going well although dont get scared but when I went for my 12 week scan I had miscarried and it was harder telling everyone that I had lost it. I am now pregnant agian well I think I am and I am not telling a soul till I am 12 weeks. Well apart from parents and partner as I dont know how close you are with your parents but it nice to have their support x

Good luck hun and as hard as it is to keep it to yourself it may be better afetr your first scan as then you will have something to show and know everything is ok x

Hope your pregnancy goes really well and wish you all the luck in the world x

oh darling that is awful and is exactly what I am frightened of,I really hope this pregnancy goes well for you x
I actually had a scan today as I had some bleeding but everything is as good as it can be at this stage, still feels too early to be spreading the news tho. would be nice to have our prents being aware at least, if for no other reason then them knowing why I am having horrendous mood swings lol
"Your welcome"

argh bless you and you will be surprised telling your family is just as good as telling the world. You only have a couple more weeks to wait and in that ime you and your partner can enjoy it together.

After complications over the weekend I have everything crossed that this one is ok?

JUst try and relax and enjoy it x Good luck with your new famiy hun x
