hi all

Im 2 days past my due date and I thought that baby was supposed to quieten down at this point but mine seems to be more active than ever .. He's been kicking like mad.

Was just wondering if this is normal ???

I was up all last night with constant kicking and wiggling. I thought labor may have started as I have had really bad aches in my lower tummy since Sunday and my pelvis is seperated a bit also, i keep getting cramp in my groin/hip when i go to the loo and bend down, my whole pelvis really hurts, and I also had period cramps in my lower back, but as these have worn off I think maybe they were braxton hicks as my tummy tightened a lot also.

I still have no sign of losing my plug or waters breaking and just hope this doesn't go on for 2 weeks until i can be induced as it hurts to turn over in bed and move about, I told my midwife yesterday but she said there is nothing that can be done, I just have to wait. So many people that were due now or after me have had their babies, its so unfair.

hi jo

well as you know from post the other day, my bub arrived on his due date. however, one of the reasons i was so convinced that he was not coming out any time soon was because his movements were more manic than they had ever been........made no diff at all. he still arrived unexpectedly. i guess not every baby fits the textbook stuff!!

good luck, hope little one arrives soon.

kelly and oliver - 11 weeks today!!
