Hi all..
I need some advice...currently in the caribbean having a lovely time...the only thing that is worrying me at the moment is the size of my bump...
A few days ago I looked like I was getting bigger...which i guess was making me feel good as it means that my pregnancy is progressing as it should (I'm 16 weeks)...I have been suffering from a little constipation, but this has passed and now - my bump looks like it has got smaller - am I being silly? or is it that I'm no longer bloated...
I was also concerned about the food here - I'm a veggie and it seems its non-existent here so have been eating lots of pasta, chips, salad and fruit - so I thought maybe I'm not eating as I should and perhaps this is affecting my little one...I just dont know...
Need some reassurance....help/advice much appreciated..

Thanks

x

PS: have been feeling bubba move alittle..

I visited Thailand last year when I was 14 weeks pregnant, the flight/heat etc made me retain a lot of water and for the first week I was away I looked a lot more pregnant than I did the 2nd week - its probably the same for you.

Relax and enjoy your holiday

I know this sounds daft but have you developed a tan while you are in caribbean? It could be something silly like that change your view of your bump. If you're eating ok and drinking fluids ok I can't think of any reason for you to worry.

Take Care
