I'm from the trying to conceive forum and really need your help!! I had what I think was implantation bleeding and cramps on mon/tues of this week. I did a HPT this morning (first response) and got a BFN. For any ladies that had implantation cramps and/or bleeding, how long after this did you get your BFP? I'm still hoping that I'm pregnant as there's absolutely no sign of AF!! Answers greatly appreciated!! xo

Hi. I didnt have any implantation bleed with this pregnancy, but the cramping was just like AF cramping but maybe a bit milder. The surest way to figure out is count the 14/15 days of a luteal phase from the 1st day of ovulation, thats how I worked it out and when AF didnt make her appearance on 16th day after ovulation I did a test then and got my BFP!

well with my 1st daughter i had an implantation bleed about a day after my af was due and had a positive test about 3 weeks after that * think i ovulated very late in that cycle* didnt have it at all with my 2nd then had it with my 3rd again about 2 days after my af was due but sadly that ended in m/c with this one i had it about a week and a half before my af was due worked out about 3 days after i ovulated * i used the sticks* cramps were very much like period cramps but more round the back and the bleed was more like watery blood not heavy lasted for an hour if that hope this helps and good luck xxx
