"Hi there" Posted by titch10 28 April at 14:14
I am 36 + 2 and have been drinking 1-2 cups of the tea each day scince about 34 weeks.
My midwife suggested the tablets as she said the tea was foul, but I quite like it actually. I think either are fine as long as you follow the instructions on the label. Also, fresh Pinapple is supposed to help in a similar way too.........
Take care & good luck xxx

"Hey hun" Posted by katie2601 28 April at 13:48
I got the tea last week as the shop didnt have the tablets, have been having one cup a night and i have been getting really stong and uncomfortable BH, Considering stopping them but not sure if this is normal or not?
I have always liked herbal teas and quite like this one lol! The one i have is also mixed with apple so not bad at all.
Kate 35 weeks xx

i have literally just gone out and bought some of the capsules i spoke to my midwife about it yesterday and she said i should take them as instructed on the jar * as they come in different strengths* from 36 weeks * i know some ladies do it from 32* i cant stand any types of tea so capsules are my only option but my midwife said it shouldnt make any difference
