i miscarried when i was about 12 weeks gone, and i screamed the hospital down with the pain, i was at home getting heavy bright red bleeding and large clots and the pain was ripping though my stomach, by the time i was in hospital, i felt i needed to push and kept asking to go to the toilet, i have never felt pain like that!!! but some women can miscarry and not know.
that was 13 years ago, i can happily say i am now just over 11 weeks gone and starting to panic that i will miscarry again, but im trying to put myself at ease, as this time i have had no bleeding.

this pregnancy to begin with i felt i was going to have a period, with the cramps, so it is normal, as for the dizziness, no not worry, i am tripping over my own shadow at the moment, boyfriend thinks it well funny having a dizzy "bruntette" for a girlfriend lol

best of luck

do u think u could be having a miscarriage? if so u shud be on the phone to ur doc or the hosp, the most obvious signs are bleeding which would be bright red and often accompanied by lots of clots by bleeding i mean heavier than soaking one pad, also severe tummy cramps and lower back pain are signs but sometimes there are no signs at all, as u dont say u have had any of this i would not think u were miscarrying at all. dizziness is more than commom in pg due to all the extra hormones, u obv have access to the internet so try do some reading up on what happens during pg and this may put ur mind at rest. x
