i can ring up for my results tomorrow and i have a dr's appt to discuss the results on wed. if i'm not pg (which in my heart of hearts don't think that i am) then i am going to ask the dr to refer me to the fertility dr's to get me and dh checked out. i'm going to be 34 in september and i have 2 wonderful children from my 1st marriage. i really have married my soulmate and i really want to give him children, we would love 3 so time is of the essence isn ... wish me luck, stranger things have happened.

hi ladies,
i'm from the ttc forum. i was wondering if anyone can help me. I am currently 4 wks and 2 days late for my period but so far bfn on hpt. last test was last week. just wanted to know if any of you had been in a similar position to me (i.e. month late & bfns)only to have found themselves pg! my periods have always been regular and this has never happened to me before. my last period was 25th february and my cycles are usually 39days-ish long. i probably seem a bit pathetic as it's unlikely that i'm pg but i can't help it.
thanks

Hey Jo...you must be climbing the walls being that late! Latest I ever was was 12days and I was bad enough. Have you been to see your GP to get the pregnancy blood test done? I dont suppose you have been charting your ovulation or anything? Could it be that you missed out on an AF last month due to stress or anything? It could just be the hcg levels arent just registering yet on the hpt, but they will show up on the blood test! Good luck!

Fingers crossed you get your BFP soon! tc Sharon xx

sorry i cant be of much help but it must be very frustrating. have you seen you're gp yet?? they will probably send you for a blood test. i have heard of some women whom dont get bfp's and they are pregnant though. its quite rare but can happen in early pregnancy.
