Didn't think of smoothies! Thanks for the advice I hope it does, I don't want anything I normally eat at the moment. Infact I'm struggling to eat anything! But I managed to eat a small bowl of pasta just now so I'm feeling better than earlier I have stocked up on crackers lol I read somewhere else they may help

Hi ladies! I know I'm not even 7 weeks yet but I'm feeling so sick sick sick! Anyone else? Ginger was working but right now the thought of eating anything is just making me feel worse, even opening my fridge or cupboards is a bad idea!! It's waking me up at night! Anyone got any tips? Any advice would be appreciated!

Hey Rach

Weeks 7 and 8 were the worst for me and I found it great to drink 7up. I also sucked boiled fruit sweets too oh and crackers, especially when I first woke up. When I couldn't face food, I just drank smoothies instead.

Hope you find something which helps. It shouldn't last too long for you.Believe me, once you come through it your appetite will come back with avengence lol

Love Sharon & 12 week bump

"Sea bands?"
Posted by hopeful9 7 May at 15:43

I'm not sure how much they helped as I was still sick with them on but I seemed to be even more sick when I took them off so might be worth a go. If you join the boots baby club you get a voucher for money off (mine arrived about 8 weeks after I'd bought the bands)!

Hope you feel better soon

"Drink plenty"
Posted by butterfly3333 6 May at 14:35

Hey Rach...sorry to hear your having a bad time of it. I wasnt too bad, more nauscious than anything else. What I used to do was drink plenty of diluting orange and that seemed to keep it at bay. Everytime I felt a wave of it coming on I took a gulp and I was fine again!

Good Luck! tc Sharon 23+1wk bump xx

I was exactly the same, Ginger didnt work for me though, the only thing that worked was sucking on a sweet, i went through loads of bags, it passed for me about the 14 wk mark.

Keep smiling though it will all be worth it!

Good luck x
