I think the best time is from 13/14wks onwards cause thats when your sickness usually dies down and you have more energy. Its up to the company you are flying with as they would have a policy how late they can take you. Some of them say if your travelling after 28wks that you need a letter from your doc to say you are fit to travel...but they are all different...check out their web sites.
