Has anyone heard about haptonomy?
It is a way to communicate with the baby before the birth, it's great to create a bond with the baby quite early and the father can also play!
Furthermore, it can be useful for the birth, as with haptonomy, we learn how to move the baby from inside the womb, just by slight touch and voice (I think).
In France, you can go to a class and then exercise at home, but I didn't find anything about it in UK...
Does anybody knows where I can get some info?
