Poor you! I know what its like to loose a cat that way. My parents live beside a busy road and I have lost a few of my cats over the years. You just take time to yourself Vic to get over this. Rest is prob the best thing for you anyway...listen to your body. I remem the 1st few weeks of my pregnancy I was just soo shattered all the time. I think this is natural enough. My friend is 5wks pregnant and she is the same, tired all the time. I told her there is that much activity going on in our bodies to prepare us for a growing baby, that it does take alot of our energy. Give yourself time and take plenty of rest.

well i had simular situation except i had lost my brother to suicide when i was at the beginning of my pregnancy and i have been through alot of stress throughout the whole 39 weeks.

i have 2 brothers 1 died 10 years ago to motorbike accident but i recently just found out that it was suicide as there was no attempt to stop and there were no skidmarks on the road to say he avoided to hit anything, and there was no health probelms. my other brother passed away to suicide just october last year when i just found out that i was pregnant with Carlos. now i have found out just weeks before i was due to have Carlos that my parents have lied to me my whole 30 years of my life and kepted me in the dark about my family and now im taking out a restraining order against them over this situation. they have tried to break up my relationship with my partner they have also caused problems with my kids dad (the ex husband.

along with alot of other things i have had this all throughout my pregnancy so much stress but our precious lil boy has turned out perfect. i look at him and i burst into tears that i tell myself that we are blessed to have this perfect lil boy and to think of how much stress i put him thru.

when my first brother past away 10 years ago i was 6 months pregnant with my first child.

im so sorry to hear about ur lil puddy cat i do know how u feel as i too have lost a cat. but dont stress it will all passover and u will enjoy ur lil bump just think about that.. and that will bring a smile to face

take care and sorry for long post

"What a shame."

You poor thing - I really feel for you. It's awful to lose a pet like that and not silly in the slightest. I'm not surprised you are so upset - I would be too.

Don't worry about affecting the baby, I'm sure it'll be fine and you will feel better after a while and begin to feel excited about the baby again soon. As long as you look after yourself the baby will be okay.

Take care,
