Hi, im 20 yrs old and just found out im 5 weeks preg, and this will be my 1st child. my boyfriend is over the moon and so am i but im worried and scared. Im worried about every thing i eat and drink and about how everything is going to go. I have not told my parents yet as we had a disagrement 2 weeks ago and im worried they will fall out with me again as we sorted everything out from last time. Im desperate to tell my mum as she was like my best friend but im scared to incase she is disapointed with me. I just need someone to tell me i'll be fine and that its normal to be scared and worried and id like someone who is also pregnant to talk to! Thanks xxxx

Im sure your parents are going to be shocked as soon as you tell them your expecting, but most are, and they will come around, if not at first..after a few weeks or so. My parents didnt take it very well, but now they are so excited and can not wait for the baby to get here. About the eating thing, dont worry to much about that, just make sure you get a good multi-vitamin and take it every day, and try to eat as healthy as possible. All the stories you hear about you cant do this or you cant do that, you cant eat this blah blah blah...its a new thing every year...Yes dont drink alcohol...thats a given, the rest should be fine..except energy drinks, and lots of coffee, and lots of soda....you can still have most of those things...just in moderation. It is normal to be scared, and I think if you werent...that would not be normal..so just hang in there, let everything out in the open, that way it can all get out of the way faster, and then less stress. Hope I have helped xoxooxoxoxGood luck and keep your head up!
