is anyone else suffering with dizzines? I'm 27 weeks pregnant and had to call the midwife out on Friday as I nearly passed out at work!

She took some blood to see if I was anemic - results came back saying negative! they are putting it down to the hot weather, low blood pressure (90/50) and being at that point in pregnancy where your blood pressure drops anyway!

I've been told to take 3 days off work - and if I don't feel better by Wednesday then a GP will visit me at home to do a thorough examination!

Baby is fine though - kicking away, strong heartbeat! Its just me that feels awful!!

I went through stages where i felt dizzy. You could try spatone from boots. Its a pregnancy iron supplement and it helps loads.
(i know you said your iron was fine) My iron was fine all the way upto the end of my pregnancy and then it kept going up and down. But i never felt faint when my iron was low.

Hope this helps

.....for your replies!

I'm taking it easy for the next 3 days - see how I feel Weds then take it from there!

Mind you, I wouldn't mind if they signed me off work - at least I can then relax without thinking "how am I gonna feel at work - am I gonna pass out" etc etc!

We'll wait and see!
