Hi ladies,

Just to say we had the CVS done today. The blood results seem encouraging (got the impression the midwife wasn't concerned at all) so I'm relaxing a little bit now. The procedure was v quick but no one warned me the anesthetic might not work!!! I'm in a bit of discomfort now, but hey its worth it if it means peace of mind and a day away from the heat in my office and my bosses!!

We need to go to London for tests on the baby's heart in a couple of weeks, but I'm not too concerned about that.

Fingers crossed for the Friday before the B.H as thats when we know the results and what sex it is too if we want to know.

I'll keep you posted.

Love Sharon & 13wk + 2 bump

We get the results a week this friday. Ugh so long to wait! I'd like to know the gender but I think Stuart would rather have the surprise. As I'm all filling out (rapidly!) in front and nowhere else I recon its a boy. I might ask to know and not tell him - if I can keep it to myself lol. I'm resting up for today, back to work tom. I'm going to make sure strictly no lifting of files at work (I'm a Legal PA)as I have to be extra careful what I do for the next 7 days. Thanks for your concern hun
