| Thread started by: | "Hi, i have one of those personal girly questions!!" Posted by summerlee1 6 February at 18:24
Hi, I hate asking questions like this.... but it's beginning to worry me a little now, so maybe someone could shed some light on it?! Im 8 and a half weeks pregnant and for the past 4 weeks i've had a watery clear discharge everyday. It's almost like when you're little and dont quite make it to the loo in time & do a trickle in your underwear.....but i know it's not this...it's a small amount everyday, it's not a horrible colour & doesnt smell, it really is like water....a clear liquid! Someone said it could be the fluid leaking from the sac thats protecting the baby, but surely it wouldnt be happening from 4 weeks pregnant if it was that, would it? Has anyone else experienced this and do you think i should be concerned? Thanks x

I had the same thing, and as your pregnancy goes on it will get more slimy, and not such a clear colour. I cant exactly remember how long I had the clear discharge for...because at the time I didnt even know I was pregnant yet! Anyways if it is really worrying you, look online for a nurse hotline, and ask them, they usually give good information.Because even thought I have had this happen, your pregnancy may be very different, and it could be something else. I really suggest anything that worries you call the hotline. I think you are in UK but you should have one there aswell, it may also be called the health hotline. Goodluck and keep us posted on ur progress xoxoxoxoxooxoxoxoxxo
