Hi ladies

For the last 3 nights or so I've been going to bed by 9pm really exhausted then waking at 1am feeling like I've slept the whole night and struggling to get back to sleep again. Its a nightmare as the m.sickness is back a bit now and with an empty tum by then I'm gagging

You may have seen my recent posts as I've been through a bit of stress lately and have had really bad heat at work too from broken a/c so I guess that doesn't help but is this common in pregnancy? I just feel dead beat by 4pm. Its like the early stages all over again!

Have a good w.end all.

Love Sharon & 13 +4 bump
xx

poor you..i never had the pleasure of experiencing morning sickness but i was absolutely shattered all the way through my pregnancy lol thats how i knew i was pregnant was getting in from work at 5 asleep by 6 then would wake up at 8 back to sleep at ten then would sleep till 5 the next morning lol!

have you been tested for anemia at all? that is a sign of tiredness! i think it may just be down to the stressed i m a bit stressed out lately and am sleeping terribly. also could be that your too hot as heat can make you tired aswell!

just try and relax as much as you can! i found going out for some fresh air helped to make me sleep ( especially sea air!)! just remember there is nothing wrong with having a cat nap!lol

pm anytime for a chat! and try to relax a bit!

sending big hugs!

hayles and 18wk old Finlay xx
