"Quick morning sickness question"

Hey Ladies

Just a quick question. Lately I seem to have my nausea back again in the late mornings and late at night. When I get to the loo all I do is burp retch. Do you think this is due to an empty tum? My appetite is still very small. I don't eat in between meals apart from fruit. Should I make myself eat more? I've only put on 1/2 stone so far. I'm just never hungry! Baby got measured at 7cm last week so I think things are ok.

Thanks for listening

Love Sharon & 14 + 2 bump

"I feel your pain!"

Hi Sharon,

I've been similar, I got all day dry heaves kicking in around 7 weeks, and easing up around 14 weeks, I was only ever sick once but the dry heaving would drive me mad (and it hurt), but I was sort of thankful that I wasn't being sick all the time as I'd find that worse!

For a week or so the sicky feeling went altogether, but now it's back with waves just in the evenings. Oh - and I eat like a horse (or 10 horses infact!) so I think having a full tummy wouldn't turn the dry heaves into anything better! think we're just destined for the dry heaves club!

Hope this helps a bit, and good luck for the remainder.
Love N xx
