Anyone got any tips to make it easier for him? It's horrible to see him poorly! Would appreciate any ideas!

Thanks ladies and hope you're all well.

a bowl of hot water with olbus oil drops in it just in the room with him and it should help clear out his nose and chest * if this is what hes suffering with* runny nose i alternated between baby wipes and toilet paper * soft kind* so they don't get sore andbasically lots of cuddles and sleep he should be ok having a tiny bit of calpol if its really bothering him hope he gets better soon xxxx

I'll give the hot water and olbas oil a go! He's had some sleep with me today and seems to be sleeping a little better than yesterday. Seems ok in himself really just got a snotty nose and little cough.

Thanks again!

Ellie and a little better Kieran

was snuffly and my HV recommened raising her mattress with a rolled up blanket at one end (underneath it, so it's the blanket is on the slatts), so it was tilted slightly and you can buy very gentle from birth nose drops in Boots, the pharmacist suggested those to me, I was also told to try sitting her in a steamy bathroom and keep her as cool as possible, not sure how old Kieran is but these things were suggested to me when Eleanor was little over a month old.

Hope he's feeling better soon.
