Hiya, as you all probly know already most hospitals have stopped telling you the sex of the baby at the anomaly scan, well i live in st.albans and at they do not tell you the sex. They don't in watford either. I booked into to deliver at Welwyn Garden City and luckily enough they still tell you the sex. I went for my scan last week but baby was in awkward position and they couldn't see the sex or complete the scan. I have been made another scan on the 19th June but as Welwyn is so over booked im having the scan at Hertford. Does anybody know if they tell you the sex of the baby at the anomaly scan there? Thanks xx

Hiya I live in Welwyn Garden City and am due to have my little one at the QE2 Hospital. I had my 20 week scan at Hertford as the QE2 were really busy and I'm sure Hertford do tell you the sex of the baby. We didnt want to know, so the sonographer stayed away from that area... where are you due to have your baby? I must say Hertford Hospital (outpatients only) is a lovely little hospital and the staff are quite nice... Let us know how you get on..

Thanks for your reply. I phoned Hertford and they said if your consultant says its ok for you to know then they will tell you. One of my friends had a friend who was sent to Hertford as Welwyn was so full aswel and they told her so fingers crossed. Only 6days to wait lol. Im due to give birth a Welwyn. My due date is 25th October, when are you due? xx
