they say not to start the pure stuff before 40weeks because it starts contractions as it relaxes everything but if you was just looking for a good nights sleep they say to use a certain radox because it contains clary sage and im sure we could all do with a good nights sleep!

what ive read this is one of the charms thats supposed to bring on labour? im really wanting to give it a go but looked at radox and theres about 3 diff ones lol

pure clary sage can be put in your bath with a carrier oil or milk or rubbed into bump everyday it is supposed to bring on labour if you get the proper stuff from a health food store.
as for radox clary sage its the blue bottle an its supposed to relax you sooo much that you have a complete rested night!

i must say *touch wood* my sleep hasnt been that disturbed this time only thing is i wake up whenever i turn over because of the pain in my hips and pelvis so maybe ill give it a go just for that the rubbing the oil in sounds far too much hassle to me lol

get oh to rub some in my oh has been rubbing baby oil in my bump since 3months an ive had no stretch marks yet only the ones i already had from the other 3 lol.

truthfully nick have you had enough now cos i have just want her hear!

love to go into labour now this fake run seems to just carry on i wish it would either stop or start and id love to meet my little man now im so fed up with doing favours for everyone just because im at home, are really hot baths bad in pregnancy i cant remember because ive had a really strange craving * if thats what you would call it?* to have scorching hot baths most nights and i mean it literally almost scalds me and i hate baths normally

i have been having a bath every night for weeks i practically live in there in the evenings an yeh it starts off a cool bath an i top it up an it gets hotter but not to much as oh says shes not a boil in the bag lmao

i hope somthing happens for you soon and me ive been bouncing on my birthing ball aswell think i will bounce on oh later instead lol

i would say my poor oh is not getting any but hes not helping me out with kiddywinks or housework so serves himself right lol i hope we go soon be nice to read some new birth stories on here actually there hasnt been any in a fair while then there will be a boom again i can;t wait to see what everyone is having!

there hasnt been many birth storys latley altho there is few where it could be any day now, also i want mine now cos its been such a stressful pg with my 2 m/cs before an i have worried all the way threw an ya no theres not a day goes by now that i dont stress an worry an think the worst it horrible i just want her hear safe an sound

Thanks shell...will look in to the radox ...had never heard of Clary Sage! Sure Im tossing and turning like a mad woman in bed at night...hard to get comfy, so anything is worth a try! Am getting up for a thimble pee 2 or three times too which is exasperating to say the least, when you think you are about to have a niagra falls and you just get a dribble!lol

Im going to Boots after work to get stuff so I will get myself some of the blue radox then! It might make baby rest too....shes really dancing a jig on my ribs today...am jumping out of the seat at times...boss must think I have totally lost it!lol
