I had my little boy 4 weeks ago and am getting pains like period pains. Im wondering if it could be my first period comming soon but im breast feeding and was told that my periods wouldnt re-start untill i stop breast feeding.
What do you all think? could it be my periods re-starting or should i be going to the Dr's?

I have breastfed all my 4 and my periods have come back in 4 weeks after 2 of them! The doctor told me i'm just highly fertile! This time round I had 1 period when Jessica was about 6 weeks and nothing since! I think the breastfeeding produces hormones which can stop periods or make them irregular. Just wait and see! The pains could possibly still be your uterus going back down to normal.

I didn't have a period for the first 6 months while breast feeding it was heaven, i am still feeding Lewis although trying to wean him off and i'm getting periods. I think everyone is different, i did have period like pains before i started though. I wouldn't worry too much just enjoy!
