i was wondering what does the flu do a baby if you get it. i'm about 4 months maybe 5 and live in the usa. we have that really bad flu going around....where it can kill you. and i need to know what happens if i get the flu, what will happen to my baby?? am i allowed to have a flu shot?? any advice would be really good right now. as of im worried about getting it.... thank you.

im from scotland, i dont know how bad your flu bug is, but i got the flu when i was just 7 weeks pregnant, in bed, sweating, freezing, runny nose, flet like death, had it 3 weeks, only thing i was allowed to take was paracetamol, you just have to ride itout, happy to say i just had my 13 week scan and me and baby are both doing well.
