bless ya i havent even had them yet what does it feel like?

does a warm bath help?

Im ok tired im not sleeping with my back and hips but got my GP appointment at 3.30 so will ask then about that SPD incase it is that if not im screwed for the next 15 weeks lol!!

Bubs is really kicking my ribs on one side and there killing me lol!!

xx
"Hope u havnt got spd,"

i hear its really painful plus makes labour really hard, you cant give birth lying on ur back u HAVE TO DO IT SQUATING on ur hands and knees.

b. hicks are just annooying not too painful but really really uncomfy, feel slight twinges on my uterus and then the bump tightens for a while, sometimes really tight and sometimes not so much only lasts about a minute but they come and go all day and night!

Y'day doc told me if they become more painful and frequent i mite be in premature labour, which os really worrying.

Good luck with appt.

Ash xx

im on my 3rd now and when the books say BH aren;t painful they are really lieing they have been painful with all of mine more so with this one, with reguards to the SPD ive had this in my last 2 pregnancies where my pelvis actually dislocates itself and sorry to say theres sod all you can do about it appart form wait for the baby to come they should offer you physio but again cant really do much until after you have bubs also a belly band can help as it'll take the weight off your pelvis and if you get really bad where you cant walk they usually give you crutches and offer you aids like raised loo seats and sometimes a swivel thingy for if you drive, basically as my physio says be a lady always keep you legs shut and swivel also sitting on a hard high chair helps as you dont strain getting up or down and also trying to roll onto all 4s and crawl out of bed, god im waffling lol but ive had this almost 3 years now as it didnt go straight after my 2nd you just have to get on with it oh your also fine to take paracetamol if it gets bad it wont help in the long run but helps with the pain at the time, labour isn;t normally affected my midwife actually said its easier for women with SPD to give birth? no idea i didn;t have any problems with my 2nd i was on my back and she was a 10lber good idea to go to breathing classes if you can because it really does help. xx

im sure sammie sould use it with the spd if she has got it..
The b. hicks i get are sometimes painful but my very YOUNG midwife (that i dont think has given birth or been pregnant) tells me they cant be as painful as i think, so convince myself im making it sound worse n i dont tell ne1 but hearing from you that they are im not going to keep my moaning to myself!

How u doin 2day?
"Im"

fine thanks getting lots of period pains that will probably amount to nothing oh well i should have him by next weekend havent felt him move so am prodding myself something silly to get him to wake up lol yeah i dont trust midwives who havent had kids themselves mines had 2 and is very experienced so when i say ive had this or that she totally sympathises lol walking about or a nice warm bath should in theory help with them but i find they go when they want i also massage my belly when it gets hard, how you getting on with your list?
"I jus lafd at myself when u asked bout my list.."
Posted by ash196 27 June  at  13:52

i find it worse at night as well i think its because you lie still for so long ive been told lieing with a pillow between your knees and rolling over all at the same time helps but i find it really hard then you wake up because the pillow keeps moving lol ah the joys!
