I went to the doctor and he explained that as the baby grows sometimes it leans on a nerve. Keep up some gentle exercise and eat properly,i found tilting my pelvis helped a bit too.
Its a scary time, but your doctor is right!

hi,

I would want u to have a positive attitude towards your pregnancy. Just not concentrate on the pain which is there and pretend as though it is normal by putting on a positive thinking attitude. Rememebr when you feel the pain that your doctor who is the expert said its normal.
By so doing your pain will be reduced psychologically and gradually u will feel even better.

Good luck to u.
