I had this exact thing every now and again when i had sex when i was pregnant. My midwife at the time said that when you are pregnant the hormones do something to the entrance of the cervix called currosion, and basically that is where the bleeding is comming from.

Anyway i hope this helps a bit, but to set your mind at rest have a word with your Dr or midwife as they will set your mind at ease compleatly

Hi, I am 10 weeks and 2 days pregnant, and me and my bf had sex 2 weeks ago and i bled just a tiny bit and i was scared to do anything agen for a while well just now we had sex for the 2nd time since i found out i was pregnant and i bled again, i have no pian or anything just a little bit of blood - should i worry? xx

This is the explanation that a gyno gave me:

"as the uterus is a muscle which contracts and expands, it is quite delicate. any "exertion" may cause a slight bleed...this may be due to having sex, due to you overdoing exercises housework, picking up heavy things etc."
