ok i was asked to go into hosp to be induced at 7pm we arrived only to be told an hour later we wudnt be induced until 6am cos of shortage off staff!

so jay left at 9pm an i settled down for the night but at about 10pm i started to have some pains nothing major so just had 2 co/cododamol an tried to settle down well by half 11 i was on my knees with pain shooting threw my bum an across my bump i was rather confused as to what these pains were cos it had started so suddendly an mw wasnt conviced i was in labour!

anyway she agreed to check me an i was 4cm dilated an told to ring jay so i managed to scream down the phone get hear asap cos i needed his support but thought i had a while yet!

well i was put into a chair an told i was going down to delivery suit well on the way down the pain was awful i thought i just want to die lol i got down to delivery suite 5mins later i was put on the bed an the mw put the gas an air in my mouth i had 2 sucks an an allmighty urge to push the next thing i new the head was out with waters still intact so mw had to break the waters round her head an 2 pushes later she was out at 00.42 my intire labour lasted nomore than 2 hours an no pain relief i was in shock for hours an also gutted my hubby missed the intire thing! i read my notes earlier first stage labour 15mins second stage 5 mins lol!

wonder wether it had anything to do with rlt??

lots of love shell& speedy carys half a day old x

Hope you're enjoying your baby
