Hi there, Im from the ttc board hoping to join you properly soon! My god daughter is 1 next month and just wondering if any of you have any ideas on what I could buy her for her birthday? Shes the normal 11 month old who seems to have everything she needs which is why Im rather stuck for ideas! Any new ideas will be greatly received! Thank you in advance x

there used to be a really good web site called wear-u-from.com
they would print on any garment you requested. I bought these in t-shirts, baby grows etc for loads of pressents which everyone loved. on the front of the t-shirt it would read anything along the lines of:
Born in Manchester
2007

Made in London
17.06.08

Very cute for little ones, i had one done saying
Made in a backyard in Gorton
2001
The mum did see the funny side of it.
Cant find the site now, but loads of places do t-shirt printing - sure they could sort this out for you.

Also not sure if she would have one but how about something from the day she was born - the single or album that was number one. She is only one so wont care that the pressent is a cd or a keepsake, but when she is older she will have it and will rememeber it was from you esp in you write on the inside

My sister's godparent's bought her a charm bracelet for her first birthday which they added charms to every year! It was really lovely and althogh she couldn't wear it til she was older it was very treasured!
