I'm in complete denial, and think it must be impossible. But, the only time I made love without protection was day 29 of my 31 day cycle! and had my period, but soon after I began having nausea, cramps on one side that just don't go away, and most of all my temperatures are high! as in post-ovulation but only 6 days into my cycle! It's been 2 weeks and nothing has changed, especially high morning temperature and cramps, the nausea calmed down now.

Has anyone actually gotten pregnant just prior to their period? Can that possibly happen?

I don't understand any of this! I hope someone knows more about this than I do...

It can possibly happen, prior to period doesn't mean that you were not in the stage of fertility. I think you better make it sure using the pregnancy test..
