"Hey" Posted by tray8 20 July at 21:51
Hi glad your doing well, I have some odd feelings too, but I got 3rd degree tearing during brith, anyway due to tearing I have to do lots of different pelvic floor excersizes and since then I am getting better. My mum is a physio so she has given them to me and see lots of women after birth who dont feel right down below. Maybe get going on the pelvic floor stuff?? It can take many months to rebuild the muscle strength

One more thing . . I generally feel different 'down there' since giving birth? Anyone else?
And an embarrassing thing happened after I had sex for the first time since giving birth! there was lots of air released from my vagina like a fart and I couldn't control it!!! How embarrassing. . . will this happen again!? Has anyone else had this??? Sorry, just feeling sorry for myself!! x
