Hi
glad your doing well,
I have some odd feelings too, but I got 3rd degree tearing during brith,
anyway due to tearing I have to do lots of different pelvic floor excersizes and since then I am getting better. My mum is a physio so she has given them to me and see lots of women after birth who dont feel right down below. Maybe get going on the pelvic floor stuff?? It can take many months to rebuild the muscle strength

HI there,
I really need some advice for those of you who have had children. I had a forceps delivery with my little boy and seemed to be doing well this past 14 weeks since his birth.

I resumed exercise after 6 weeks and whilst out jogging yesterday I had quite a bit of pain and discomfort 'down below' and felt as if there was something in my vagina.
Even when i use tampons i find this dragging feeling too. It's a feeling that something is in there. I rang the doc and she said it could be a prolapse (I can't see anything coming out though!)I'm worried sick and have to see the doc next week. Please help - has anyone had this??

One more thing . . I generally feel different 'down there' since giving birth? Anyone else?

And an embarrassing thing happened after I had sex for the first time since giving birth! there was lots of air released from my vagina like a fart and I couldn't control it!!!
How embarrassing. . . will this happen again!? Has anyone else had this???
Sorry, just feeling sorry for myself!!
