i'm not sure if i'm having a flu or ... ?
my symthoms are
1. triedness
2. nausea (sometimes- late afternoon)
3. chilling (early evening)
4. sweating like mad (late night and morning)
then i'll feel fine for the rest of the day. I have had this for couple of days but have not yet seen the doctor as i always feel better later. I haven't taken any medication as well...just been drinking a lot of water (more than 3 litres)but still dehydrated (according my dry mouth and the need of water)

has anyone has this and shall i go to ER now/soon that i still feel terrible?
