im feeling really strange, i look pregnant and feel the baby moving but it relly hasnt clicked in my head yet,i mean i can be sat there and feel a big kick and im like 'what was that!'then i remember, and when i catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror, its like 'omg i really am pregnant!' its not like i dont want the baby as we planned this and took us almost 5 months, but im really worried im not gonna love this baby as much as my 5 year old son and that i may not bond as well, its on my mind all the time, and sometimes makes me cry, is this kind of normall? is it my hormones? or am i totally mad?
i hope someone can help

"Dont worry"

hello

when I was pregnant it never sank in, the kicks and stuff just became one of those things I got used to! it took me ages to get a bump also. I worried about something going wrong so I disconnected myself I think and looking back now at pics of me and stuff I cant really remember even being pregnant!! I didnt have symptoms either so that didnt help. I just thought it would be different to how I expected it to be! I think next time I will feel differently as I know a little of what to expect, but for ages I couldn't see how a baby was going to come out of me!

Anyway,Thomas is 11 weeks tomorrow and I love him so much, and Im very happy being a mum, so please dont worry, I still look back to the last 9 months and think it was someone else!!

I know how you feel, I have 2 boys and am 36 weeks preg. people keep askin if i am excited but to be hounest it doesnt feel real. sometimes like you i dont feel preg then get a shock when i see myself in mirro. I hope bounding will just happen after birth think iam just too busy looking after my 4 yr n 2 yr old but hope all falls into place after birth . I get upset thinking my 2 children may feel pushed out as i love them v. much. i am sure its normal but if really feel down talk to midwife about it you may havea touch of antinatal depression which is common and can be sorted. best of luck to you. take care luv donna
