I would still recommend it i had an ipedural(sp) with my first so i was worried ths time i wouldnt be able to push but your body tells you its so natrall the midwifes are fantastic and the fact your at home relaxes you so much. I also tore and needed stiches with my 1st (born in hospital) but i didnt need anything this time and eveything is healing so quickly. The best advice i can give is to belive you can do it i was so positive and i belived this helped.
