"Thanks everyone" Posted by ashleighjade 29 July at 12:07
i will let you know but it just seems like so far away! im the first patient in friday at 9am so hopefully it will all be over and done with asap. the baby's dad is positive everything is fine but i dont know i just get the feeling something is wrong, but then its easy to think the worst. People are talkin about having bumps at this stage and i havent got one or anything and so that makes me even worse!

"Dont worry about that" Posted by saucysassy 29 July at 15:02
I dont have a belly as yet and im 12 weeks tomorrow, i do think its the bloating that makes mine poke out sometimes. And i was on this one site that had different mothers at different stages and one woman at 11 weeks had a huge one and then another at 14weeks had barely a thing everyone is different. It is easier to think worst so youre prepared 'just in case' but im sure youll be ok.

"Hey ashleigh," Posted by sadclare 29 July at 12:15
don't let not having a bump yet worry you, everyone's different, my mum was still wearing her pre-pregnancy jeans at 7 months with my brother (her first) and you wouldn't have known she was preg from the photos. At the stage you're at anything visible is usually just bloating and water retention anyway, it was with me cos some days I had a belly and then the next it'd gone again. Know it's impossible not to worry but do your best to try and relax, get your feet up and rest as much as you can. You know we're all here for you to talk to and every one of us is wishing you the best for friday. Take care hunny,
love, Clare xxx

"The reason there probably doing this is.." Posted by mrsxmoo 29 July at 11:14
because "if" the worse is happening there is nothing they can do to stop it and its much safer for your body to deal with it in its own way, than having any medical intervention. I know its wicked and it turns you inside out, upside down and back to front, but please you need to try and stay calm and just hold out until you have the scan.
I know how you feel been there got t-shirt several times over.
I do wish you all the luck.
Huge Hugs Mrs Moo xx

Can't believe they're making you wait that long as I'm sure the stress doesn't help. Hope it all goes well on Friday.

"So sorry" Posted by saucysassy 29 July at 10:53
That is terrible friday is so long away and theyll tell you to relax but its totally impossible! If it helps i had brown bleeding and then bright red blood which was also stringy like. I thought the worse too as ive had a m/c just this march. I went to dr on the thurs and had to wait until mon for scan which felt like a life time. But everything was just fine with me and beany baby so hopefully for you too it will work out ok. Good luck for friday

"Fingers crossed," Posted by jbeaumont1 29 July at 10:26
Hi Ashleigh, I can't believe that they are making you wait until Friday!! each time I've had problems, my GP has got me a scan the following morning!! With everything else you've been through, it's not fare making you have this on your mind too!!! I really hope that everything goes well for you!!! Have you taken time off, it could be worth resting with your feet up ... that's what I was told to do when I had bleeding during pregnancy this time!!! Let us all know how things go on Friday! What time is your scan? Take care, look after yourself, and good luck, xxx.

it's crap that you have to wait til friday, health services round here really are rubbish. Know it's hard not to worry but got everything crossed for you that it's nothing to worry about. I had 2 incidents of brown spotting with this pregnancy at about 8 and 10 weeks and it turned out to be nothing so try not to panic. Keep us informed hun, will be thinking about you.
Lotsa love, Clare xxx
