well after my post about the miserable woman on the scan reception biting my head off when i dared to ask if i could move my 12wk scan app as i couldnt make it! i rang back today and got a really lovely lady who has booked me on tues 12th aug instead of fri 15th aug!!!!!! yay

3 whole days earlier its still at 8.30am which is a bit of a bummer but never mind, cant wait to get to 12wks so we can tell people that dont know.

this lady was sooo nice really polite and helpful

she said the other woman is on holiday and she is covering-should keep her instead if they ask me!

just shows its pot luck who you get in hosp..some staff are lovely others im sure hate their jobs! lol
