I am due in August 13th...I am having a baby boy!!!

Hiya, I'm new to this site! I'm 17, 20weeks pregnant and expecting a boy!
My boyfriend is 20 and we have been together for almost 3 years, when I found out I was pregnant it was such a shock but were so excited now and we both have so much support off our families.
My baby has been so active these last few weeks, he has really strong kicks!
My bump isn't that big (i was expecting to be much bigger by now) so for anyone whose worried bumps come in all different shapes and sizes, I think most of my weight has went on around my hips and bum, lol!

Well I'd just like to say congratulations to everyone, it's great reading about other mum's to be and especially people who are at the same stage as me!

This is another Sarah.. im 21weeks pregnant today and getting kicks too.. amazing isnt it.. and i have a huge bump!

Hi, congrats 2 you. Mine's due 20th aug, its my 2nd (in 7 years) and funnily enough my first was aug 2. Couldnt plan that if I tried! Lol
Would be nice to chat as we all left our work last year and have new job and nobody is into talking babies. Its my partners first so he hasnt got a clue (bless!)

Well, I'm gonna talk more baby soon... and I'll bore them senseless!!!
I've decided to tell the gang at work, 54 women and no one has spotted anything yet, but I'm almost 18 weeks and that solid little bump down low is rising higher!
My scan is next Fri 27th hope it goes well,
Think we should unite and bore everyone??? Why not sometimes people deserve it!

yep me too think I'm boring people to tears so try not to talk about it, having a job trying to avoid those people who love to tell horror stories. haven't told work yet, no bump to show for it. A bit worrried about that actually, I think I have a small rise just below my belly button, it's solid is that it?

Just wondered when your next scan is booked for mine is on 1 May, and I will be 23 weeks then - do you think i should call them to try and make it earlier or just wait I am a little unsure. Also i had the testing for Down's and I was something like 1 - 364 and have been classed as a low risk - anyone think i should be worried??? Would really like some advice on this

I am 16 will b 17 when baby is born. I am 16 weeks pregnant and you wouldnt know i was pregnant to look at me is anyone else having the same problem or is it just me.I have actually lost weight the midwife said it was from the morning sickness but now that as stopped and i dont feel pregnant at all.I just want to see my bump or feel something,lol!i had my 12 week scan and the baby was jumping around.cant wait for my 20 week scan.
If you are in same or similar situation plllz tell me lol.So im not the only 1!

I'm due on august 18th and I am a nervous wreck. It has taken me and my beloved 8 years to conceive and now I am so worried I wont carry to term. I really don't go to any web sites that talk about baby, baby, baby, because they always figure out a way to slip the word miscarrage into the topics. I often feel fine and good about my pregnancy but there are those heart breaking stories you always hear. I want to go to sleep and wake 9 months later having a healthy baby.most times I feel good about it though. hope i didnt bring you down...LOL....P.S. have you experienced any movements yet. I think I have but I cant be sure. Feels like gas most of the time...LOL. mind you this is my second child i am carring, my first is 21 years old and this is my second pregnancy, so you may better understand where my nervousness comes from...LOL. talk soon...cherryici.

Im very happy for you... i go on the Bounty Website.. its very good chatty website.. no chat about the bad things.. just about being sick having heartburn and giving birth.. if im there i'll always make u laugh lol..
Well i tell u what, i had the heartbeat scan on friday (2nd march) and since then ive had movements.. if they are low in tummy and are fluttery /butterfly movements.. they are definatly baby, unless our placenta is think, then u wont feel it until later on in pregnancy.. wow.. So when is ur next appointment with midwife hunny? Tell u what i will private message u my msn if u ever wanna chat!!

thanks for the kind words. they really put me to ease. I had the heart beat scan shortly after posting this and everything was fine. my next appointment will be to schedule my next ultrasound.

How you feeling? I had heartbeat scan on friday.. its the most amazingthing ever!!... but im bloody O-Neg, means i have to have Anti-D injections... thought this would be pain free until the birth.. no chance lol! Hope ur well anyway spk soon x
