Morning Ladies,
Hope bumps mummies and babes are well!
I stopped breast feeding Emily at 3 weeks old, and she is 21 and a half weeks now, and my milk still has not dried up, its not full on like it was, and i dont leak, but when hubby and i get naughty, he says that he can still taste it, i can still 'milk' myself so to speak!
When does it dry up completely?
Thanks in advance for answers and advice.
Love Karen&Emily (21 weeks and 5 days old bless it goes so quick!)

I fed my first baby for a couple of years and after he stopped I could squeeze a few drips nearly a year later! I think once you've fed you can stimulate milk production again quite easily. If you stop squeezing it out it will dry up eventually!!

I breast fed for couple of weeks but felt I didn't have enough milk and baby wasn't satisfied (she was feeding every 1 and half - 2 hours!). In the 3rd week when I changed to formula I breast fed only once or twice in the first few days before switching to formula completely. As far as I remember, I dried up within a week. She's now 4 and half months.
