Hey ladies

I just wondered if anybody else found it really hard to get back sleep if you wake up in the middle of the night? Im 33 weeks today and bump is massive. I get off sleep lovely because im so tired but if i wake up in the middle of the night to go loo or for whatever reason, i find it almost impossible to get bck sleep. And if i do, its usually half hr before my alarm goes off!! Bloody thing!

Im still working at the minute and today im just so tired. Ive got people asking me left right and centre why im in a bad mood, but im sick of repeating myself that im 'Just so tired'

Anybody got any useful tips to help me drift back off into a lovely sleep? lol.
Oh and ive tried the pillows, resting my feet higher than my head, the warm drink at night!!

Thanks ladies xoxoxox

I always wake up for the loo at least once or twice, or if baby is kicking hard and then it's impossible to get back to sleep it takes ages!! I'm getting knackered at work as I work long hours and often start very early, and I'm forever yawning and apologising and explaining the bags under my eyes! It's driving me mad! Unfortunately I can only sympathise as I have no tips.... I have tried warm milky drinks, special pillows, and bubble baths with radox... I've got a week off this week and I'm still yawning all day!

Rach xx + 21wk+6 very lively bump!

I'm up countless times for a wee in the night and have trouble getting back to sleep. I know I've not long to go, but after god knows how many nights on the trot its beginning to get to me now! I suppose it will be good practice for when the little minx is here but I could do with some sleep NOW! I seem to go to bed really tired, then after about an hour wake up and have to go downstairs and sit on my exercise ball watching crap TV until the early hours before going back to bed!

Not sure what to suggest for you, maybe a nice warm bubble bath and then sit in bed reading a book or a mag? Although my bump gets in the way and if I sit up in bed I get the bump's bum in my ribs! But just to say you're not on your own.

Wishing you a good night's sleep tonight, I'll be thinking of you when I'm watching QVC at 2am! That should be a cure for insomnia!

and I'm only 22+3 weeks!!
I often wake between 3 and 4 in need of the toilet, the can't get back to sleep!!
I'm OK at the moment, because it's the holidays, but when I'm back at work, I know I'll be in trouble ... I can't lay in then!!!
I hope that you find a solution (for us both)!!!
Take care,
Janice
