Thanks to all who took the time to read long post and reply.

I think I'll play by ear for the next few days anyway. I know by now that acting on a feeling doesn't help matters but these big major blowouts are just occuring to frequently to ignore forever.

On the plus side, Francis slept till half 8 this morn and he's been pretty good since. Just now lying on his bean bag laughing at something invisible that only he can see. Charlie fell asleep on the floor while I was feeding baby, he musta got bored waiting on me.

At least the young men in your life are behaving in a decent fashion! Can't believe anyone would think it was reasonable to go to a festival for the weekend leaving you with 2 babies (1 is more than tiring enough...).

Your OH is definitely totally out of order. Most men seem to think having worked all day they have a right to the evening off and forget you're working a lot harder and have been at it all day as well. We had a bit of a bank holiday weekend from hell (think it was reaction to injections but not sure) and my OH had to admit how much easier he has it only going to work - a first!

Hope your OH sees sense soon.

You are probably doing the best thing, just to see how things go, maybe once everything is a little calmer then that could be a good time to do the 'can we talk thing?'.

Bet you, if we all lived in the same place, loads of us woman on here (incl me) would be up for sitting the kids, just for a few hours so you and OH could go out for a meal, or to see a movie. I think it's important to have that time, if a little difficult with one, or 5 chilren.
