"Medised"

hi ! we found medised to be good for snuffle cases cos its a paracetamol pain killer and has a decongestant in it too, never found the oils to be any help. Steam before bed or bottle helped too... oh and also the nuk snot sucking things (sorry!!) really helps clear the nose without getting sore nose from being wiped all the time

hi hun, Emi had a bad cold for weeks a few months ago, i used a humidifyer in her bedroom with a bit of olbas oil in it at night time. (i got it for 8 pounds from home bargains)
you can get a soothing medicine its called baby meltus (in a green and brown bottle) from independant chemists which is suitable from 4 months.
as the other ladies suggested calpol is a help and the nasal saline drops are good too.

try running the hot bath/shower to make the bathroom steamy, sit and play in there for a while as steam breaks up the catarh.

hope mia feels better soon, love lynni and Emilie x x x

as nothing much works for a cold really, things like calpol to bring her temp back down and it helps with that feeling that you've been kicked about that a cold can give you

Sorry, don't know the name but there's a honey and lemon all natural cough medicine which I was sold by Lloyds chemist. They said it was for cough and catarrh. And hugs

Jen x
