As you'vwe probley read my post about work and that i might not be going back, i have been thinking about setting up a gift set bussiness. I would be selling them on Ebay and taking it to the local car boot sale on a sunday. Just wondering what sort of stuff to put in it, so far i've got ideas for
a get well set- a get well teddy and box of chocs.
a baby set- hat, vest, babysuit, mittens and a teddy.
but need more ideas. i would be wrapping them up in the clear stuff (cant remeber what its called) and putting a ribbon on it. I can also make cards so could make cards to go with them. what do you guys think?

If it did take off, i would also think of doing hospital bags for the execting women.

I think i will start with the hospital bags and baby sets to start with to give me time to think more for the other sets. I will sort out a ebay shop towards the end of the month but if anyone wants me to make up a bag before this i am happy to do so, feel free to pm me or write on here. So far the list for hospital bag is

3 vests, 3 sleepsuits. 2 hats 2 pairs of socks, 2 pairs of mittens, 2 bibs, 10 nappies (eaither pampers or huggies, you decide), a packet of wipes (again eaither pampers or huggies and you decide) 30 nappy sacks. 2 packs of 10 matty pads, a pack of 40 breast pads, 2 toothbrushes (cant forget oh) toothpaste, travel size shower gel, shampoo, Conditioner, Deodorant. bar of soap. Anything else you can think of??

Hospital bags would be brilliant. Mothercare do one but its expensive and doesn't include much.

As Nicki said, you could also do christenings, naming ceremonies, 18th, 21st, hen party packs etc. What about doing party packs for kid's parties? You can buy the ribbon and sellophane stuff from wholesalers. Do a Google search, there must be one locally to you.

just thinking of doing party packs and looking at another website just now and seen stuff perfect for a girls party. thinking with ballons, banners, party bags, stuff for party bags, plates, napkins, cups, invites and anything else you need for a party.

you need to find a decent wholesaler my sister is doign something similar and found one in france even with shipping it still works out very very cheap, you could do birthdays like 18th, 21st with keys and bubbly, divorce, marriage ,christening ,engagement ,housewarming,ermmm valentines, just a pamper pack oh im running out of ideas myself lol xxx
