all went really well, didnt see consultant but registrar. anyway she was really really nice

i was put for consultancy this time because i apparently had a low BMI? it was 19? because Evie was forceps last time and they wanted to check through my notes as to why they were used and because Evie weighed 5lb 3oz.

MW said they would prob see me once and then discharge me back to MW care.

the lady went through everything on my old notes,forceps was because i was becoming distressed with the contractions an i had been pushing nearly an hour and i had 2 to get out!

i wanted to double check that Evie heartrate hadnt dropped as she has Cerebral Palsy and thought that may have bee a cause along with the forceps but heartrate was fine.

no probs with anything....she also offered me extra scans at 28wks and poss 34wks to check baby weight as louis(6lb) and Evie(5lb 3oz) were of low weight-i dont really think they were being twins born at 38wks!! my friends baby was only 6lb 5oz and he was 2 days over due!

anyway snapped her hand off at extra scans then had to get bloods done for SB and DS-we were there(me and kids) for 2hrs and they never moaned once bless em good kids

you are being well looked after which is nice

yeah i thought that twins were generally a lower weight than single babies, i would have thought your two were a perfectly healthy weight.
