18+3 week scan on wednesday too! we're really hoping to find out whether we are having a boy or girl, can't wait to know!!
really want to be able to focus on names and choose one 
one idea i remember in a post of sassy's was to ask them to write it down and put it in an emvelope, so you can decide later on.

We found out at our 20 week scan that Harry was a boy and I was glad that we found out because I always wanted to know from the very beginning - I hate surprises lol
I think it really is up to the individual, if you are unsure most hospitals do the envelope thing -
they write the sex of baby on a piece of paper and place it in an envelope, you can then either decide if you want to open it later or wait til your LO is born and open it then to see if its correct.
A friend of mine did this and waited til LO was born, though I know I wouldnt have had the willpower lol. It really is up to you xxx

well, you are asking for opinions lol
I've never found out the sex, I posted once asking why folk wanted to know and got loads of different reasons but I just wait to find out on the day, it's all so exciting that you don't even know who it is that's coming out.
And I've heard the words it's a boy 5 times now, actually not the last time as he was placed directly on to me and we saw at the same time.
So I agree with the husband for once.

your sons will have all girls? my nan had 8 boys and now grandchildren wise its like 13 girls versus 5 boys most of my uncles have only girls. my nan did want a girl though hence why she ended up with 8 kids!

with me, i always said i wanted to know but when i actually went i kind of changed my mind, my OH wants to know so we will find out, on the day they couldnt see the sex and to be honest i wasnt disappointed, maybe wait until you get in there and see what you feel, might change your mind. How exciting, though have a great time!
