Congrats to all mummy's to be out there!!!

This is my first pregnancy and I'm chuffed to bits (a little nervous too). I am 5 weeks today (very early) and have extremely tender nipples - It's agony if the bed sheets or my pj's catch them! Anyone suffering the same or any tips??

I had that too before I found out I was pregnant and I just thought I was going to get my period and then it went on for months or maybe it just seemed a long time, but I thought they were going to explode!! Just be nice to them, wear cotton bra's as nylon ones can irritate. Good Luck!!

Hi,
that was one of my first symptoms aswell...covers touching them, water from the shower,so so tender!!!
lucky for me it's been about my only symptom! They have just started to ease off now, still hurt occasionally at bedtime...just been for scan & found out im nearly 14 weeks so you may have a while to go yet!!
Havent found anything to ease the pain, except wearing a bra at bedtime seems to help a little! So, if you find anything that helps, please let me know!

P.s Congratulations on your pregnancy!x

It's my first pregnancy too. I'm suffering with sore nipples at the moment. My midwife seems to think I'm nearly 7 weeks but I seem really big, somone commented today that they thought I was 4 months gone! Anyone think it might be twins!!!!
