as i was finished doing my last post i noticed that that thingy over the right side had a topic on weightloss 4 idiots site. so i clicked on it coz it said how to lose 9 punds in 11 days with just 10 steps to follow. got me thinking cool this sounds good so il check it out it goes through 3 pages online here basically telling me how easy it is. i was getting my hopes up til it said u can just download it in 30 seconds its just so easy and then bam! comes up with payments option. i hate it when u read things on the internet and u get all excired about it then it hits u with u gotta pay lol.

They always do that or once you sign up you get hundreds of spam e-mails from everywhere! Don't think there are any real weight loss secrets beyond eat less and exercise more but I live in hope that one day someone'll invent a way to do it whilst lying on the sofa eating cake!
