Hi,

I found out I was pregnant a few days ago, I have rang the doctors and they put me at about 6-7 weeks but won't see me until i'm 8 so I have an appointment for 29.09. However I have had no symptoms so far but i have had a dull ache for about a week, it feels like period pains but it doesn't seem to go away. This and the fact I have had no symptoms worries me. I have irregular periods that range from 30 - 60 days so i really don't know how far gone I am which is annoying. It is my first pregnancy and i'm so happy but can't help worrying. If I hadn't taken a test I wouldn't even know and I don't really feel any different.

Has anyone else experienced the same thing??

Thanks xx

"Completely normal!"

You sound very normal. I had period tummy ache for the first few weeks and the only other symptom was needing to eat my lunch at 11.30am! Enjoy feeling normal now as it may change soon. I started getting morning sickness at about 8 weeks and then I knew I was pregnant!!!!!

Most doc's don't book you in until 8 weeks so don't worry. If that's with the midwife they'll 'book you in' and give you your notes etc. You probably won't get to find out how far gone you are until your first scan at 12 weeks.

Hope it goes quickly til your appt.
Take care,
Anne x
