Hello all

I am 7/6 weeks pregnant and was wondering if anyone has any tips to help sore boobs. I don't seem to have much sickness just feel quesy occasionally however my boobs are killing me especially in the night. If i turn over in bed or when i get up to go to the toilet my boobs are so heavy and really painful, i am already wearing maternity bras in the day and they arn't so bad in the day. Any tips for the night please

Thanks

Jodie

I had the same problem, I found support helped. I know ur not supposed to wear bra's to bed but I bought some crop top style maternity bra's which really helped support my boobs and helped the pain. Also they aren't too restricting like normal maternity bra's. I'm 10 weeks now and the pain seems to have worn off alot since 6 weeks so hopefully it won't last much longer.

Good Luck Xx
