hi, I remember cycling my legs and bending my knees to my bump (all lying on my back) and then gently turning at the waist and puting kneees to the side together and then the other side...something like that...don't have any naked flames around or you'll set fire to the curtains! are you constipated? Thats a common reason for the build-up , iron tablets for anaemia can caouse that & get you all glued-up.pregnancy can make you constipated and there are natural tablets & stuff but check with your doctor/midwife first yeh.

I know just what your going through. I have been having the same exact problem...i find that drinking water (lots) through out the day and changing positions often when lying down and walking helps a lot...I also use tums for the heart burn. Hope this helps babe...cherryici.

i read earilier that some women either drink lots of water and take walks frequently. Some other lady said that her midwife said to try papaya extract pills or Equate Brand Gas Relief (althought i would ask your doctor before you try ANY pills).Try and lay on your side for awhile and see if that helps and dont eat just before bed. Thats just what i read, hope it helps.
GOOD LUCK!!

Remember to stay away from sodas and the like. dont drink anything with high fructose corn syrup it turns into gas in your belly. I also have drank mint tea as hot as I can take it and it has worked for me too. I'm so sorry your in so much discomfort...hope this helps some.
