Dear Yummy Mummies

I am working as development producer for Target Entertainment, a London based TV production company.

We have been working on a documentary for a satellite broadcaster (UK Living) about celebrities mummies who, within weeks of giving birth, regain their pre-pregnancy slim figure, attend red carpets events and appear on the front page of magazine wearing skimpy clothes!

Using archive footage and photographs, we will be looking at the different and sometimes wacky - ways that celebrity put themselves through to regain the pre-pregnancy perfect figure; we will be talking to specialists, like dietitians, fitness gurus and pregnancy experts, to find out the pros and cons of losing weight so drastically after giving birth; we would also feature a real life new mummy, somebody that after 6 weeks (or more)of giving birth, still looks as if she has just given birth! We would like to put her to the test and see how easily she can loose the baby weight by following one of the more drastic diets that one of our celebrity mummies has undergone. Her regime will be closely monitored by experts and by our cameras.

I am interested to know if there are any ladies out there who would like to take part in the documentary: I am looking for somebody that has given birth around 6 weeks (or more) prior to the documentary to start, bearing in mind that we are still working on finalizing the last points of pre-production and if all goes well, production should kick off in mid April. The role will suit somebody that has given birth around beginning of March or earlier. As far as I am able to say now, the filming will be over a 10 days period, but we will not follow the mummy all through those 10 days she will be provided with a camera to record a daily diary with.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

All the best,

Denise Castelli
